Linda Timbey

Mental Health Project Worker

Hi my name is Linda. I am a parent of 3 children, a son 21 and twin daughters 18. I was a teaching assistant for many years in a primary school until I became a full time carer for my daughter supporting her through mental health difficulties.

I started to attend the Rollercoaster parent support group which led me to my passion to make a difference to young peoples mental health and their families. I have lots of experience as a parent including attending events and putting across a parents voice.

I also volunteered with CAMHS which led me to continue my passion in my role at Space. I look forward to working within the Space project and I am very excited for the opportunity to make a difference to young people and their families.
